Gulshan Club features two swimming pools, a sauna, and a gym facilitated with state-of-the-art equipment to encourage its Members to stay fit and healthy. The Club’s health and fitness programme also includes Zumba classes and physiotherapy sessions.
Gulshan Club aspires to facilitate all of its Members to stay in their best possible health. The Club’s gym features modern specialised exercise equipment and personal fitness trainers to aid with strength training, cardiorespiratory fitness and weight loss. The gym is equipped a music system and deodorisers to maintain a comfortable and hygienic environment for all. Lockers and showers are also provided to Members when using the facility.
Everyday: 6:30 AM to 12 PM and 3 PM to 10 PM
Reserved for women: 12 PM to 3 PM
Gulshan Club aspires to facilitate all of its Members to stay in their best possible health. A Physiotherapy Centre is open to all Members, and is equipped to facilitate ultrasound therapy and shortwave diathermy, microwave diathermy, amongst others. Other equipment includes a traction machine, infrared radiation, TENS Machine, muscle stimulator and etc. Certified physicians are also present for conducting therapy sessions.

Gulshan Club aspires to facilitate all of its Members to stay in their best possible health. The Club’s swimming pool complex included the first indoor heated pool in Bangladesh. Presently, Gulshan Club houses an indoor pool at the old Club building, and an outdoor pool at the new building; both equipped with a locker and changing facilities, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi.

Zumba is an exercise fitness programme created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto “Beto” Pérez during the 1990s. Gulshan Club Limited aspires to facilitate all of its Members to stay in their best possible health. The Club’s Zumba classes are typically about an hour long, and is taught by a certified instructor. A single Zumba class can help a person can burn up to 600 kcal, depending on the energy put forth. Classes are available for various levels of age and exertion.
